I am definitely going to make this.
4. This backpack is so silly and adorable.
3. I love this Boy & Bee print. Milo has it in his room.
2. I had just been wondering if there were vegan, eco-friendly moccasins for babys. Turns out there are!

I just saw that this company is Canadian which makes them just a tiny little bit cooler.
Ok, so I have a weird question about affiliate links for you guys. Would you prefer that I write "affiliate link" in brackets beside something if it is an affiliate link? I kind of just take them for granted myself. If I see a link on a blog I pretty much assume that it is an affiliate link. I don't really give it a second thought but I know not everyone feels the same way about them. If you're like, "What's an affiliate link?", well it just means that if you click that link and buy something I make a percentage of the sale for sending business to the company. I don't really know why this is on my mind at the moment but it is so I thought I would mention it. Like I said, I don't give them much thought but I wouldn't want anyone to feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them.
Well now that that is out of the way...have a great Friday! It is warmer here today but very gray. I serioulsy can't wait for park weather! Oh yeah, not supposed to talk about the weather.

This post contains affiliate links which help me run my blog. For more info on affiliate links click here. Thank you for your support!
Nah, I don't think you need to mark your affiliate links. I assume the same as you do, and likely others unless today is their first day reading a blog or something. The stuff you're affiliated with is always well-curated and relevant, so it's great if they get more clicks.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Been reading and enjoying your blog for a while, and I also have a 9-month-old. So it's fun to see Milo and my daughter reaching milestones simultaneously.
Thank you! Oh, that's so nice. I love seeing other babies around Milo's age. It is so neat how they are a lot alike but then also so different. They each have their own interests for sure.
DeleteThat's kind of funny you should write about affiliate links because I was only just wondering what exactly they were the other day. I always thought whenever a blogger includes that little blurb, it meant they were being paid to include or write about an item in a blog post. So there you go, you learn something new every day. Or maybe I'm just slow.
ReplyDeleteAffiliate links don't bother me at all and I really like how you phrase it at the end of your posts too. They're helping support your family and run your blog. Not sneaky at all.
Well that was good timing then! The scenario you described would be more of a sponsored post. :D Thank you for your input Alex!
Deleteoh my. yes to that bag. a million times yes! i also love the felt garden from a beautiful mess. they always have so many great ideas. hope your little family is doing well. :)
ReplyDeleteAww that backpack is so cute!
ReplyDeleteall about Milo's things looks cute,..
ReplyDeleteI literally assume every single link on a blog is an affiliate link. So, don't worry about it!
ReplyDeletePark weather! Oh how I dream of it! My twins are 22 months and really need to get outside!
i don't think you need to label each link listed as an affiliate link. i think it's fine to stick with the blurb at the bottom of those posts.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the feedback guys!
