Of course I love the Cat Eyeglasses Sweater but this guy is just about equally adorable. When I was a little kid I wanted a dog so bad, specifically a Schnauzer for some reason. When I didn't get one I pretended I had an invisible pet Schnauzer. I don't remember what I named it though!

These adorable little guys are about the size of a baseball and are modeled after the full size huggables that Andrea sells in her shop Teetoo. They would look so cute hanging on a Christmas tree or hooks on the wall. My absolute favourite is the cute little blue Fur Ball that is based on Andrea's Abominable Snow Woman. Once my office is cleaned up these guys are going to have a permanent home in there.

Photos :: Piano

I'm really excited about our (new to us) piano. Sadly, we had to move the pretty hutch to make room for it but I think it was worth it for sure. Ivan and I have both been playing everyday and it is just so nice to have a piano right there all the time.

I have pulled out a few of my books but I think most of my music must be still at my mom's house. I am very much a play from the book piano player. I wish I was better at improvising (Ivan is a pro) but I guess that is something I can work on!

Anyone out there play the piano? Are you a book reader or do you prefer to play by ear?

Today I am pretty excited because we are having a piano delivered! I have been playing piano ever since I was a kid but in the past couple years I have barely played at all. It is going to be right in the living room so I'm looking forward to playing it often.

I haven't been feeling the best lately and definitely haven't been pulling out my camera as much as usual. I miss taking tons of random photos of everyday happenings around here. I really want to start (and actually finish) a 365 project sometime soon. I might restart in the new year but for now I am going to work on taking more photos everyday to get warmed up and to enjoy my camera and the memories it helps to make. Even if the memories are of my disaster of an office.

Anakin even humoured my photo taking today. What a good guy.

This is one of my favourite outfits in a while. I rarely wear this shirt even though I love it a lot. The colours are so pretty and I like the little ruffles on the front. I was excited when I noticed how well it went with my new favourite pants. I really wish I had more colours of these pants. They are so comfy!

I am so in love with my owl bag. I have been using it constantly since it arrived at my door. It is a great size, not too big but still with enough room to hold my essentials. If you come back tomorrow you will have a chance to win one of your own!

Today I will be editing photos and trying to sort through the mess I made in my office. I emptied the closet and now I can barely walk in there. It's pretty terrifying and I need to clean it up as soon as possible. Have a good Monday!

Last weekend I mentioned that we took Anakin to the vet. Everything seems to be ok but I have to give him pills and although he is the most timid of all of our cats he is the worst to give pills to. He squirms and I feel like I am going to break him. Poor guy!

This week Pinny decided that she likes to sit on the TV stand and watch TV with her face right up against it. Sometimes she tries to paw things on the screen. It is really cute.
