Hop, Scallop and Jump flat from ModCloth
The scallops are really cute and the colour is pretty great too.
4. Adorable coffee print.
I have been meaning to make some cute coffee, tea and beer related prints for our kitchen. This has me itching to get going on that!
3. This hat.
I know summer is almost over but I would love to crochet up this hat to wear for what's left.
2. Pear tarts.
Photo from jodiekittyrobot on Instagram
Jodie posted a photo on Instagram of a raw maple walnut pear tart and I immediately knew I had to make some. I looked up a recipe, found this one and used some of our backyard pears to whip up a delicious treat. So yummy!1. Le Jeu de la Mort
Ivan picked this out to watch on Netflix last night and it was so interesting! I am horrible at explaining movies of any sort so just click the link for a description if you are interested. If you like documentaries you should check it out. I'm pretty sure it is only on Canadian Netflix though!
I feel like Friday always sneaks up on me and I realize that there are so many things that I planned to do during the week that just didn't get done! I'm starting another busy Friday over here so I will talk to you guys later!

I fell in love with those shoes too! They're SO cute.
ReplyDeleteThe "extra shot" on the coffee print had me giggling! I feel that way if I have too much coffee!
ReplyDeleteThat Irish coffee print! Tooo funny, especially since I have a very Irish husband!
ReplyDeleteLove all of these, the coffee print is precious! You should make a print, and then embroidery over the edges, how cute would that be!?

The Milgram Experiment is scary, it's amazing what people will do when told by a figure of authority. I might have seen that film, I have such a bad memory! On a completely different note, I have an awesome pear tart recipe from my mom that I make for a treat if you'd like me to send it to you? It has pecans.
