5. This Dr. Jacoby brooch.
It is just too good!
4. This dress is pretty off the hook.
The shoe print is so silly and fun. Annnnd if I'm not mistaken that is a pocket I see. Even better.
3. While we're on the subject of dresses, this one from Tiny Yellow Bird is pretty fabulous.
2. Kate's DIY is really adorable.
1. Crochet swimsuits.
I posted these photos from my ripple crochet book before but as of yesterday I am dying to try making one or both of these.
I feel very Dwight Shrute right now because I am sitting on one of those exercise balls as I type. We had one just sitting in the basement so I brought it up to sit on as I work. I don't feel like I'm getting any exercise but it is pretty comfy and prevents me from sitting on my feet. I tend to sit on my feet while I work and then my legs fall asleep and I'm sure that's not a good thing to be happening all day long.
Today is the first morning in about a week and a half that I woke up not feeling dead so I'm hoping that means my cold is almost gone! Hooray!
I hope everyone has a great Friday!

All of those dresses are amazing! Especially the pink + white striped one. Annnnd I really really want a crochet swimsuit... they just don't seem practical. And I'm pretty sure I would have to wear a regular bikini top under the crochet top to keep my tata's up. Meh.

oh my, that Dr Jacoby brooch is AMAZING x
ReplyDeleteI've been pretty addicted to ombre anything, and that DIY is so lovely and simple. I think I might just be too chicken to risk wrecking a dress! Maybe someday...
ReplyDeleteThe Dr. Jacoby brooch is hilarious, I can practically hear him saying "whhoooaaa... everything's in 3D..." heehee

The Dr Jacoby brooch is genius. I love that you can even get the Log Lady too! Love the pink and white stripe dress :)
ReplyDeleteI've never heard the term "sitting on your feet" before, but I guess that is what I do too! And typing while sitting on a bouncy ball sounds... actually... really fun! haha!
ReplyDeleteThose swimsuits are too adorable, but I'm assuming they are not functional? I can only imagine the saggy mess when wet.. haha!
Whoa! That Dr. Jacoby brooch is so great! Love it!
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear you're feeling better!

Those swimsuits are darling! Have a good weekend!

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the Twin Peaks pin. I went to the Etsy store and I LOVE the log lady one. Too bad she is in the UK!

OH MY GOSH. I swear, I love mod cloth more and more every day. That dress is freaking adorable. I love converse, so that dress would be absolutely perfect! And pockets? A definite must have for any dress I own! Haha, thanks for sharing it :)

OH GOD! I had a crocheted swimsuit back in the 60's that my mother made for me. DO NOT WEAR IT IN THE WATER!!! Mine "expanded" and fell off! They are adorable though!
