5. The new Indie Business: Compass e-course.
I took Indie Business 2.0 once upon a time and loved it. It looks like Leigh-Ann, Jill and Kyla did an awesome job and covered tons of topics in this new e-course.
4. I love the shape of this dress.
3. Parada Creations...such a pretty shop.
2. Meredith's Crochet Valentine tutorial is way too adorable.
It's not just for Valentines either! You can totally do this to any piece of paper. Pop over to Meredith's blog to see what else she did!
1. After finishing my chevron afghan I thought I wanted to do a smaller project but I realized I really love making big blankets! This has officially inspired my next project. I love making blankets!
Ivan and I are going to visit Kaylah and Kevin this weekend so I have a few things to do today before we leave. Also, there is still time if you have any suggestions for bloggy things you would like to see Kaylah and I collaborate on!
Have a great Friday!

I'm just starting to make one, too! I'm about 36 squares into my granny blanket -- only 150(ish) to go!

Oh, I love that yarn storage in #5! I'm having such a hard time figuring out how I want to store all my yarn, because I NEED to get it all in one place, but I hate the idea of it being hidden in bins or behind doors. I want to find a glass door cabinet! xx
ReplyDeleteAhhhhh making blankets! I tried once I totally want to start one and actually finish it this time!
ReplyDeleteLove these finds :) that horoscope illustration is the cutest!

ReplyDeletethat cabinet with the yarn and blankets is amazing!! I made two granny afghans this year. One on my own and then another with squares from a few granny square swaps. I think I want to try a zigzag one next!

I'm still working on my blanket (since a while now) and I can't wait to finish it...making blankets and throws is something totally pleasing! Love it.

So you finished your blanket? I didn't see a 'finished project'...or maybe I missed it? Either way, that's way cool! I wish I knew how to make one. I'm not very crafty haha. I really like all of those prints (the camera, headphones, etc). I hope you guys have a great weekend! I can't think of anything to ask,so maybe you'll take some jumping photos? haha
ReplyDeleteI'd love to try an e-course, but always wonder if its worth paying. As an 18 year old with very limited income, I can't justify paying!
ReplyDeleteAlso, love the camera print!

Aw thanks so much for including my valentines Elycia!! Have a great bloggy weekend with Kaylah! :-)
ReplyDeleteThat blanket is awesome. I am starting to make one out of grannie squares too. I made my very first blanket this past fall and sent it to my boyfriend for Christmas. I liked it so much and had so much yarn left over that I decided to make one for myself that matches... his and hers crocheted blankets I guess ;)
ReplyDeletemaking a blanket is acutally on my to-do list for 2012 and I really hope I'll be able to finish one :) have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI want to make a blanket too now! Inspiring blog post :) :)
ReplyDeleteCan you send some of your motivation over my way? I would love to be able to finish a full size afghan but I crap out every time I try so I just buy old ones from the thrift shop.
