Here is the first instalment in my week of vlogs. I got this topic from Des'
30 Days Hath November project. I filmed this a while ago so don't mind the different hair colour ;) Also, I think I must have had too much coffee the day I filmed this because I am all kinds of crazy.

Thump! Ha ha! That was hilarious Farva. Nice comedic timing!
ReplyDeleteI can so relate to your 3rd point. I also think that maybe we both like sharing embarrassing things about ourselves. Like, I don't enjoy talking about myself unless it's something embarrassing.
Anyway, I love your vlogs!
bahaha this was pretty hilarious.
ReplyDeleteMan, I suck at explaining books & tv shows & movies, too. Well, I just suck at telling stories. I end up getting off topic and telling other ones before I finish the first, because I think that the other stories I'm trying to tell are connected & will make the original story better, hahaha.
I used to play the drums & the piano! woo! haha.
I'm also terrible at explaining books, tv shows, and movies as well as trying to retell an event that happened to me in real life. The worst. I'm glad I don't suffer alone!
ReplyDeleteI also have pink hair (although not all of it is pink) and I play like a gazillion instruments!
ReplyDeleteSomething about being creative I guess :)
xo,
wink
Cute! When Farva jumped I thougt, ooooh Farva, I want to see you on film too :)! Not that you're not entertaining enough, believe me you are, but I just love kitties and I think they would be really cute in a vlog ;)!
ReplyDeletehehe, hooray for being bad at explaining things! ;)
ReplyDeleteliefgeval, you are in luck...i have a kitty vlog coming up this week!
I teach high school art and have a few students who are colorblind. It makes for some verrry interesting conversations.
ReplyDelete1. I love your pink hair. it's amazing!
ReplyDelete2. You are so adorable!
oh and 3. I think color blind people are awesome too!
i'm horrible at explaining plots and stories too! i always just say to read the synopsis online lol
ReplyDeleteLove it! Oh god, and we use so many of the same silly phrases.
ReplyDeleteAnyways browsing your blog while trying to get inspired and reboot my own. Now I'm inspired to do a vlog!
Your eight things were adorable. Just so you know, I have to cover up my purple hands. ;]
ReplyDeleteI'm terrible at explaining movies, books and tv shows, along with lots of other things. Pretty much,I agree with Genny ^. It'd be cool if you did a home tour or something. I love your vlogs. I think you're entertaining...does that sound dorky? Oh well. :)
ReplyDelete"But i'm still not going to come over and do your dishes."
ReplyDelete"Pink hands"
Ahhhh great to find someone else who makes great lame jokes, those are the best kind of jokes :)

heheh...you're too cute! I'm normally weirded out by vlogs because people tend to be so awkward in front of the camera and it makes me cringe...you do it well!
ReplyDeleteomigosh you just got cuter x100 in my books! We both were tomboys too - hee haw! :o)

Yay, a whole week filled with vlogs!! *jumpingonmychair* I was wondering, what are you going to do with all the video responses you're going to receive? Put them on your blog or something else?
ReplyDeleteI was kinda thinking about doing a response, to say thank you, because I love to watch vlogs, but I hate to listen to my own voice...yuck! Don't you have that too??

Melissa, Hooray!!
ReplyDeleteMarlous, yes, I was thinking of posting a bunch of links to the vlogs that other people do :) I used to hate the sound of my own voice but now I am kind of used to it and it doesn't drive me so crazy.
that was awesome. you are cool. I wish we could hang out :)
ReplyDeletecaitlin! YOU are cool, i wish we could hang out too!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I really like your vlogs and your funny lame jokes. So i'm glad that you're going to fill a whole week with it!
ReplyDeleteX
Aw your vlogs are so cool, I love it how you are completely yourself in them. :)
ReplyDeleteMy stepfather is colorblind, it's interesting but also very awkward sometimes.
"That guy in the blue sweater, what's he doing?"
- "I don't know, but uhm, that's purple. Almost like a hot pink, really."
"No it's not, it's blue."
- "You're colorblind though."
"I'm not an idiot and that's very obviously blue!"
Oh my goodness! I am studying Japanese and want to teach English overseas. You have to tell me what you did! I am planning on signing up for courses at my university for this purpose :)

B.
I'm 100% the same when it comes to explaining movies books etc.! I always geet excited about things and recomment them to everyone but if they ask me what it's about, I seem to put them off, cause I'm so unorganized, haha. I can make the most interesting books sound weird,a not well-liked talent of mine..
ReplyDeleteBrittany, I'm not sure where you live and what is available but I was able to take a course through Oxford. It was a full 3 weekends I believe (maybe 2) and you learn everything you need to know to teach English overseas. Even though we are not planning on going anytime soon I am still glad we took the course. It was really fun and we met a lot of great people.
ReplyDeleteI am also awkward at explaining movies, tv shows, and books. When someone asks me I am like um... haha :)
ReplyDeleteIs is weird that I play all the same instruments as you? Except the Viola... and I play tuba and trombone ;) I also love dolls! Dolls rock my socks!
