what i wore :: in our new home!

head to toe:
dress - vintage
belt - from another dress
tights - mall

I am so excited to finally do another outfit post! It has been a while with the move and most of my clothes being in boxes. To be honest, a lot of my clothes are still in boxes but they are slowly making their way onto hangers. I pulled out this dress to hang up and then decided to wear it instead because I feel like it matches the vibe of our new home. Fun!

Can I just say that I am beyond excited to have a pretty coloured wall to take outfit photos in front of. I had this idea to paint one wall of my craft room with vertical stripes of all different colours so that I would be able to stand in front of different colours for different outfits. I don't know if I will actually do it...but maybe. How fun would that be?

Oh yes, and you may notice a new little bit of "arm art" as I have been calling it. It's still a work in progress but I figured that I wasn't going to go out of my way to cover it up since I think it is looking pretty cute.

I hope everyone has a fun day! I am going to spend the rest of mine emptying and breaking up boxes, organizing and probably vacuuming because, holy moly, with no carpets there is no where for cat hair to hide! Yikes!

    I think the painting idea for the outfit posts in your craft room sounds like such a great idea.

    You're so cute! I love your outfit! :D And guess what.. I had that same idea for the outfit photo wall!!! A while ago I had tried bribing my brother into giving me his bedroom as my closet/outfit photo room if I paid to make our basement into a bigger room for him (the deal eventually fell through when he realized how many spiders live down there lol!) and I was planning on painting the walls neapolitan colors, and standing in front of pink, brown or tan depending on my outfit! Great minds!! ;D
