I spent a lot of the time in the kitchen on Sunday and Monday. We had a bunch of family dinners to attend and I did some cupcake baking and tried my hand at pie making. Yum yum yum! I have some really great vegan cookbooks so I had a lot of options. I ended up making chocolate chip pumpkin cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World and Smlove Pie from Veganomicon. Here are a few snapshots from my baking adventures.
Just looking at that pie makes me want some more! Delicious!
Did everyone have a good weekend? I hope so!
