what i did :: TIFF

Last night Ivan and I made the short journey to Toronto to go to TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival).
A friend of ours has a brother who made a short film that was playing last night, We Ate The Children Last. The coolest part (to me anyways), was that Ivan helped with a song that was in the movie! He played guitar and bass on it and it was really cool to hear Ivan's guitar solo while watching the movie on the big screen! His parts stood out the most!
We were really excited to see Ivan's name in the credits but...the not so cool part...there was a miscommunication somewhere along the line and his name was missing! The other guys who played were there but he wasn't. They are all friends so obviously no hard feelings and I'm sure it will be sorted out before the next film festival it is in. Still a great movie and a fun night!

    That is so neat that Ivan got to be a part of that movie! Its too bad there was a mess up. At least they are going to fix it, that would be awfully sad if they didn't. Toronto seems like an exciting city that I have always wanted to visit. Perhaps someday!

    Sounds cool! I'd love to visit Toronto...someday! Too bad Ivan's name was left out...hopefully they'll fix that! :)

    Awesome! My mum and dad used to go to TIFF! and that is SO cool that Ivan got to play bass and guitar for the short film! I'm sorry his name got forgotten :( looks like a lot of fun! :D
