new glasses

As some of you may have seen through twitter...I got cute new glasses!
I ordered my glasses from Warby Parker because I thought that their frames were adorable. I got 2 pairs because I just couldn't decide which ones I liked best. Here they are...
These ones are the Crosby frames. I love really large glasses (regular and sunglasses) and these ones are perfectly nerdy.
These ones are the Tenley frames. I love the cat eye look so much. Extra bonus...I feel very Amy Morby in these, which is a good thing!

I was very impressed with Warby Parker's customer service. My prescription was written in a strange way that I couldn't interpret so I emailed them and they asked me to scan in/take a photo of the prescription. I guess it was missing some information so they phoned my eye doctor and got it sorted out! How awesome is that?

Probably the best part was how fast I received the glasses. I placed my order on Monday night (late) and I had my glasses in my hot little hands by Thursday! I am very impatient when waiting for things to ship so this was just the best thing ever to me. Impressive.

    I got new glasses the other day too, though mine are nowhere near THIS cute! I love how "in" glasses are now =) And I just so so love your hair!!!

    they both look fantastic!! i think i like the tenley's the best...i just really dig that frame shape and colour :) i also got new glasses, though mine are just fakies as i don't need real glasses. i'll post photos of them soon, they're cute too!

    i almost ordered warby parkers too, but thought that might be a wee bit expensive just for clear lensed glasses!

    ps: your hair looks SO great! i'm so jealous of the brightness...i want it :)

    These are EPIC! I recently got a new pair of big black glasses, from a store named green eyewear :) I'm really pleased with them! I think I like the second pair you're wearing best :)

    CCCute! I did get a pair but I got a stronger prescription and don't wear mine anymore. But they are very comfortable, well made, and social conscious...and you can't beat that with a stick! You look adorable in your new specs! Hearts, Janna Lynn

    Both are so perfect on you!!

    This is too funny because I just got my pair of Warby Parker's today too!! I am SO bummed though because the prescription is wrong so I have to send them back and get new lens put in. Warby Parker's customer service has been so awesome though! Can't wait to get them back!

    Adorable! The Tenley frames are a winner. I have kind of the same frame, but it's a bit softer and smaller. I love them, and it's like a confident boost in no time!

    love your new glasses! it's good to hear good things about w.p., i really want to get some new frames, i've done a bunch of home try-ons but just can't decide! zagg, colton, or sinclair.... too many good things :) the tenleys look wonderful on you! i wish they had fit me properly, they're a wonderful shape.

    warby parkers are the BEST. i discovered them a little over 2 years ago, right after they started up, and i have 3 pairs, now....and i'm their biggest advocate. i tell EVERYBODY about them. i've already convinced 4 of my coworkers and a couple of friends to order pairs. :D

    Loving those glasses! I just wish we could do the free try-on thing in Canada! I don't know if I could buy a pair without knowing how they look on, haha. (And for some reason my computer won't let me upload any photos to the website to do the virtual try-on.)

    I know this is an old post, but I love Warby Parker! I am planning on getting the Bensen. Btw, you look super cute in the Crosby! I tried those in the home try on kit, and I looked like Junior from the Soprano's.
