There are so many pretty colours! I have been thinking about radios big time since we saw a whole bunch while antique browsing with Kaylah and Kevin. Now I am kind of dying for one!

I really don't know how much longer I can go on without one. My obsession is getting pretty serious. One of my friends has a sweeeet set and I may just have to steal it. (i'm only half joking)

Pretty!
I have been thinking about home decor a lot lately (in case you can't tell by this post). I absolutely can't wait to not live in a basement and to be able to make a cute little home for Ivan, myself and the kitties. We are on our way to a home inspection today so cross your fingers for us!
I hope you are all having an amazing Friday!
Adore that room with the plates displayed! I can't wait to find a property some day where I feel truly settled and can decorate thoroughly- sigh! And good luck :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE the home sweet home display, so creative.
ReplyDeletei love hearts and i have been meaning to do a heart shaped design on a wall but i'm so afraid it will come out looking like a blob or something unrecognizable.

I have almost identical bookends to those deer ones, I've got them in my studio sat either side of my 60s Singer sewing machine.
ReplyDeleteI was drooling over some vintage radios in Fenelon Falls yesterday, but they wouldn't fit in my case :-(
I love LOVE the deer bookends!! So sweet! Happy Friday Elycia! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love all of these things haha! Good luck on the inspection and happy decorating on your new place! :)
ReplyDeleteHa, the weinerdog bookends are great! And so are all of the wall hangings.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE all those radios!!!
ReplyDeleteI love all of these gorgeous wall displays. I am about to move into a new place and I would to make some of these ideas come to life! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the inspiration!
Super cute!
ReplyDeleteThose deer bookends are just about the cutest things ever!! And I love the aqua radio!
ReplyDeleteOoooh those vintage radios are to die for! I also love that heart collage on the wall. I don't know if I would have the patience to actually go through with it, but a good (and quick!) substitute is to arrange magnets like that. I started my new job recently and there was magnetic poetry on the cupboard at work when I arrived. After getting frustrated with trying to string a poem together I just made it into a heart and it looks so cute!
ReplyDeleteI've been here before ages ago and I can't remember why it's taken me so long to come again, but I loooooove your blog. It makes me want to curl up with a blanket and a good cup of tea and just hang. ;)

Definitely check out Aberfoyle in the spring when it opens - I found my vintage radio there. And I've see a few chrome and vinyl table sets there. I also own the first set of 'Pretty glasses'. I believe they're from the Freelton flea market. The flea markets out that way are full of great steals!
