what i wore > rainy day

head to toe:
dress - vintage (shortened by me)
belt - thrifted
tights - mall
shoes - ModCloth

See my nails? I finally got some of those Sally Hansen Nail Strips that I heard about from Kaylah. I love them! I've had them on for a couple days now and they are still looking great. I need to get a bit better at stretching them as I'm putting them on but I'm really happy with how they look! Have you tried them?

On Saturday we accompanied my mom to do something exciting which I'll tell you about eventually. Then we made the trip to Dunnville to see a friend of a friend Tim play an acoustic show with Kori Pop. They were both really amazing! I totally fell in love with Kori's music and she is super cute! Both Tim and Kori have fantastic voices and are very talented musicians.

    That dress is adorable! Also, my sister made me put those nails on her for the first time this weekend! I think they look awesome but they feel so thick on! Then again, I don't like thick nail polish at all, so that could be why!

    Ahhh that dress is so awesome - and the perfect length! I really want a long-sleeved short dress!

    And I really want some of those nail strips... where did you find them? I was thinking I might have trouble finding them in Canada since everyone I've seen wearing them is from the states. DO TELL! <3

    Those Sally Hansen strips are really the best. Let me tell you something they really really stick. I had taken them off all but one little bit on my pinky. That bit was on my pinky for easily a month without chipping or moving. They are really worth the money!

    I swear. Everything about this outfit screams AWESOME.
    Your nails look really cool! I should probably consider using the nail strips, seeing as when I attempt painting my nails I end up painting more skin than nail. I love the third picture {on the second row}! You can really see the color of the turquoise nails :)

    I hate doing my nails but all this hype made me look for those nail strips the other day...they were sold out at the store I went to. DAMNIT. It's not meant to be.
