lady in red

this outfit makes me feel fancy :)
head to toe:
dress - vintage (belonged to ivan's great aunt)
belt - vintage (matches the dress)
tights - the mall?
shoes - modcloth 
i love wedges. these ones are pretty high!

today i'm going to run a few errands and maybe tidy up a bit. maybe i can talk farva and anakin into cleaning for me. probably not, those lazy bums will most likely spend the day snoozing. hehe. oh, and i'm going to watch those links that you guys posted in the inspiration post!

    Those shoes are sooo awesome! I'm so jealous that I can't wear wedges (Kevin and I are just about the same height and I don't want to be taller than him!).
    And that dress.... I love it! I wish we lived close so we could raid each other's closets!! :D

    kaylah, luckily for me ivan is 6'3" so i have no chance of catching up...i'm just over 5'6". oh imagine the fun we could have as neighbours! we could share our vegan baking too :)

    i can't believe what a difference just parting your hair in the middle makes. i mean, you obviously look great with bangs too but i am totalllllly loving this look on you. i even like the look of dark roots with platinum hair, is that weird? i know when i had blonde hair i hated roots too but i think just, everything about this...your hair, your dress, the shoes...omg, the shoooooes. so amazing!! you look mighty fine girl :)

    there's something about a red dress, eh? I recently took photos in a vintage red dress as well & being an all-black kinda gal, I really didn't expect to love bright red as much as I did :)

    carly, normally my roots drive me CRAZY. they show up almost instantly, haha. but i don't mind them in these photos :) and thank you!

    sylvia, thanks! i love the lighting in that room. all the light comes from a huge floor to ceiling sliding glass door and window :) perfect for photos! and yeah, in school there was not much time to worry about style, haha.
