inspired

sometimes if i need extra inspiration i watch these videos.


i love this so much. the song is beautiful and i love watching elsie's painting as it progresses.

and this one...i can't embed it but watch it for sure! it is one of my favourite things to watch.
it is about katie from colour me katie. she is amazing.

both of those videos give me goosebumps and make me so happy.
do you have anything inspiring to share with me? what are some of the things you love to watch/look at?

    I've watched both of those videos before and they are major inspiration for me as well!
    I actually was inspired by Elsie's painting in that video and did this painting. http://tishchambers.blogspot.com/2010/08/new-painting.html
    I find a lot of inspirations from videos. I'm a video maker and very visually creative, so I just soak them up.
    I don't know what other types of inspiration you like in videos, but you might like some of the videos I've favorited on YouTube. There's even one of Elsie giving a tour of her flat.

    Thanks for sharing these - I *finally* got a chance to watch them tonight! I think watching any artist creating is inspiring, and these time-lapse videos against cool sound tracks are the best at capturing that essence... Katie's projects are so much fun! It was lovely to see them. Thanks :)
