meow
so i think anakin was a little jealous that farva got so much photo attention last week. anakin doesn't usually love posing for photos but the other day he was practically begging to be photographed. like i said...jealous of farvie.
so handsome :) his little pink nose is getting so many black spots on it. apparently that is normal for ginger cats. anyone else experienced this?

My family cat Rocky is a ginger and has a fully black nose and black lines around his eyes and lips. I call it his goth makeup. I'll try to dig up a photo of him. Everyone always comments on his nose.

My in-law's cat Riley has a ton of freckles on his nose and mouth, around his eyes, and in his ears. He's at least twelve, and apparently as he got older, the more that appeared...maybe they're like those old-people spots?

ReplyDeleteAw this is so precious <3 I have a tortoiseshell/calico (hard ot explain!) and half her nose is black and half is pink. It's so precious. I think Anakin looks super cute with his little spots <33!

ReplyDeleteWell, most ginger people have freckles so it makes sense that ginger cats would too. I get more when I go into the sun. Maybe he's been tanning? ;)

ReplyDeleteI just love all his freckles! And I just read recently that ginger cats are prone to black spots on their nose. I think it just makes them cuter!

Nose Freckles!!! Too cute that is one more thing for me to look forward to:-) I have a little ginger cat who is about 2 years old and he does not yet have those little spots but he is well on his way to being a Garfield cat! I have a couple pictures of him on my Blog if you want to take a look.
