on friday i found the most delicious herbal tea at david's tea. it is called forever nuts and i love it so much!
it smells and tastes like nutty cake, it's actually unbelievable. i made it into a soy latte and it was one of the best things ever! if anyone has a david's tea near them (i think they are just in canada, but it looks like you can order online if you are interested) go check this tea out!
talk to you soon

ReplyDeleteDK: wow i didn't realize that was a hard tea to find :(
ReplyDeletehi carly! i'm from stoney creek (which is basically hamilton). that's cool you're from peterborough, i've been there :) my cousin is going to school there right now.
Oh man I want to try some now ! I searched to see if there was one near me. The closest one is In Halifax because I am close to there when I go to University ! I am going to have to try and get some :)
ReplyDeletemmm... that photo. love turquoise.
ReplyDeleteforever nuts sounds incredible. i'm more of a coffee drinker, but right now i'm sipping jasmine silvery strawberry flower, part of a gift i just got in the mail from a friend in saudi arabia. it's lovely!
Mmm, I LOVE tea. I guess the closest one to me would be in Oakville. Is that the one you went to? I really like Teaopia too. They've got one in St. Catharines and another in Cambridge. I looove their tea.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love that mug and plate! So pretty. Where did you get it from?
I love sweet tea! There's plenty here in Texas! Do ya'll drink it in Canada?

kelli: that sounds amazing!
ReplyDeleteholly: yes i went to the one in oakville! i didn't know it was there. i just happened to be at the mall with a friend. i got very excited when i saw it. their tea is sooo good.
and...oops...that is not my image. i forgot to source it (i never forget!) just some random photo i found online. i wish i had them though they are super pretty.
zoe: pretty much all of the tea here is sweet tea. i actually love going to the states because i can get unsweetened iced tea when i go to subway, haha.
Weird...another blog I read (epherielledesigns.com) wrote about tea this morning too. Great minds, maybe?
ReplyDeleteI'm new to the tea-drinking scene but I'm in love with peach black iced tea. And orange blossom is in second place.
Yeah i meant to say i love ICED sweet tea. Sorry! Hehe!

There's so many teas I love. I really like the Nishi Sencha from Samovar Tea Lounge, and their Mini-mango bird's nest tuocha, and a good Darjeeling Castleton from Mariage Freres, and Honey-Orchid Phoenix Oolong from Red Blossom Tea....I just love tea :)
ReplyDeleteTea is the best :D
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is lady grey tea, mmm.
nutty tea, eh? Sounds.... delicious! I wanna try some! Your letter will be written soon my dear! I've got finals tomorrow :(
ReplyDeletelove, polly
I will have to check that out. I love using soy milk in my tea :) yum! I usually order my teas online from adagio teas, they have a pretty fair price (I think) and you can make your own blends too! I think that is neat.

I absolutely love your hair, it's perfection !
ReplyDeleteThis sounds delicious (and I'm not a big tea drinker). We just have a Davids Tea open in Peterborough. Perhaps I should check them out.
