i ♥ oldies

nothing beats oldies on a warm summer day.

    Oh maaaan! I had forgotten how much I love that song! Most of my oldies are rock classics; though I do have a weakness for early 60s stuff like Buddy Holly. My fave though is Johnny Cash. I just LOVE his voice.

    Oh I love the oldies! We just moved back to our hometown area, and we used to have the BEST oldies radio station, but they've gotten rid of it and I can't find a good one now! Some of my faves are Unchained Melody, My Girl, and anything by the Four Tops!

    Haha I remember in elementary school for music class I had to dress up as Diana Ross and the Surpremes with a couple other girls and sing to a few songs!

    i have a very very soft spot in my heart for oldies music. one particular song, which was on a "love mix" i made when my husband and i were first dating was the zombies "this will be our year". :)

    ren: the beatles and the beach boys are my all time favourites :) i'm going to see the beach boys this summer (or what is left of them anyways) it is going to be amazing!!
